The DAO is comprised of thought leaders and respected industry figures, who have been tasked with providing careful guidance and support during the formative stages of the DAO.

The intention of the DAO is to transition to a more decentralized community-controlled structure as SPOOL Governance Tokens become widely distributed over time.
