voSPOOL Holders can vote on Spool Improvement Proposals. This voting power helps to maintain, update and improve the overal Spool Ecosystem.

When a potential new Strategy is proposed to the DAO, the DAO will have to vote it in. voSPOOL Holders can vote on these Strategy Proposals to include, update or exclude new Strategies.
When a potential new Risk Model Provider proposes a new Risk Model the DAO will have to vote it in. voSPOOL Holders can vote on these proposals to include, update or exclude new Risk Models.
The Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool where SPOOL Tokens got sold publicly has allowed the Spool DAO to obtain a significant, DAI denominated, Treasury. This Treasury is managed via Governance and therefore voSPOOL Holders.
